Access the remote device UI

Once a device is on-board in MK.IO, the device's local web UI can be accessed through MK.IO's user interface.

1. Open the project you want to access, then navigate to the Devices page.
2. Select the device you want to access, click the Access remote UI button on the top right of the properties panel.

The device's local web UI is proxied through MK.IO over a secure tunnel. You can log in to the device UI and access it as if it were local.

Please note that the following functionality is not available through remote UI:

• Downloading a support package from the Servers page.
• Uploading a software bundle from the Appliance page.

You can perform these actions by accessing the unit directly on a connected network.
