Invite users to join your organization

To collaborate on your projects, you need to invite users to join your organization.

Invite a user in your organization

This action is only available for the Organization admin.

  1. From your profile drop-down menu in the top right corner, navigate to Organization Settings then select Access Management.
  2. From the Invites tab, click Invite User then enter an email address. Invitees will automatically join the Everyone team, but you can invite them to an additional team.
  3. Click Add. Your coworker will receive an invitation in their mailbox to onboard MK.IO.

The new invitation is displayed as Pending until it is accepted.

Pending invitations can be re-sent or cancelled.

An invitation is valid for 14 days.

Accept an invite and join an organization

If you are invited by an Organization admin, you will receive an email with an MK.IO Invitation.

To accept the invite and join the organization:

  1. Follow the link embedded in the email.
  2. Log in using one of the following options:
  • Use a Microsoft account,
  • Use the Continue with email link. You can then either use the email address to which the invitation was sent or create an account. Note that if you create an account, you will be asked to enter a verification code that you will receive via email.
  1. You will be redirected to a new page prompting you to accept the invitation to join the organization. Click Accept.
