Create Storage Account.
The Storage Account must be in the same location as your subscription.
For Azure storage, a SAS token included in the spec.azureStorageConfiguration.url field will be used to create a related Storage Credential object for you.
For AWS S3 storage, the information from the spec.awsStorageConfiguration.credentials field will be used to create a related Storage Credential object for you.
